LAT PULL DOWN

CLOSE GRIP PULL DOWN
This exercise is also like lat pull down but it has a bar change in it, you can do it by closing the grip at the same bar or you can change the bar as shown in the picture.While doing this exercise, keep the back straight and stretch your back full. In this exercise, your middle and lower back will be trained and your traps will also build.
